Medical Direction & Clinical Governance
We provide online (real-time) and offline (indirect) physician medical direction to support security and medical personnel operating within defined scopes of practice.
Online medical direction includes 24/7 physician access for field consultation, critical decision support, and guidance when care exceeds standing orders.
Offline medical direction includes written protocols and standing orders, scope-appropriate governance for First Responders, EMT-Basics, and Paramedics, plus ongoing protocol review, QA, and medical compliance—ensuring decisions are clinically sound, legally defensible, and operationally aligned.
Executive Protection Medical Training
We deliver scenario-based medical training built specifically for executive protection operations—not generic classroom instruction. Programs are tailored to the principal’s medical threat profile, adult and pediatric considerations, and travel/residential/movement risks.
Capabilities include BLS/CPR, ACLS, TCCC/TECC, pediatric emergencies, and high-stress decision-making integrated with protection operations.
Executive Medical Deployment & Integrated Support
We coordinate vetted medical professionals: EMTs, Paramedics, PAs, Nurses, and Physicians, based on mission profile, risk exposure, and medical threat assessment.
Support includes on-site coverage, 24/7 telemedicine and physician consultation, travel support (domestic/international), and embedded medical accompaniment for principals and protection teams.
Medical Equipment, Supplies & Clinical Readiness
We design and supply mission-appropriate medical kits and clinical readiness solutions aligned to operational realities and provider scope.
Equipment may include cardiac monitors, AEDs, airway supplies, IV access, and trauma/hemorrhage control. Medications may include common travel medications, antibiotics when appropriate, and BLS/ALS medications (scope-dependent). Diagnostics may include COVID-19, influenza, glucose, and expanded point-of-care testing. Vaccination coordination may include influenza, COVID-19, tetanus, Hep A, and travel-related vaccines.
